Purpose and methods of processing:

We inform you that your personal data are processed for purposes strictly connected to the research and selection of collaborators, consultants, employees, or in any case aimed at the possible establishment of a working collaboration relationship of any nature and form.

The data processing is carried out using tools and procedures suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality and may be carried out both through paper media and with the aid of computerised means; such data will be collected, processed and stored in full compliance with the provisions of current legislation.

The duration of the treatment will be limited to a period not exceeding 6 months from the date of receipt of the CV; after this period the curriculum vitae will be deleted.

In the case of future collaborations, the data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations.

Scope of application of the data and subjects who may become aware of the data:

The data may be processed by data processors responsible for selecting personnel and those responsible for maintaining electronic computers.

With regard to the same data, you may exercise the rights provided for by articles 12, 13 and 15, 16, 17 18 and 19 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016. In particular, you may request and obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you in our Company and that such data is made available to you in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, the logic and purposes on which the processing is based, as well as to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification and integration of the data itself.

You may also object, for legitimate reasons, in whole or in part, to the processing itself.
